Community-immersion projects are available to graduate students in health profession programs. As interdisciplinary projects, students gain valuable experience in working as a member of an inter-professional team. Northern Vermont AHEC coordinates the project support, and connects the students’ interest with real-world problems in rural communities that can benefit from the students’ work.
Community projects may be paid or unpaid. Look for applications in January.
Internship opportunities are available by arrangement. Please contact Nicole LaPointe, for more information here.
